Along with being one of the founding partners of the firm, John is also extremely versatile, being active in a variety of disciplines, within the firm namely: commercial structuring of businesses, both in South Africa and in the offshore arena; providing Fiduciary and Independant Trustee and Family office services and related structuring advice.
John offers clients trusted and reliable commercial legal services with a keen focus on Company Law and Corporate Governance, and lastly, when litigating he is tenacious and adopts a client-centric approach to the outcome. John has built up an extensive network of legal professionals and related commercial advisors and prides himself on his dedication to his clients, being accessible, effective and able to deliver solutions that are sound and unique to each client.

Jonathan is an attorney with experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, structured finance, liquidations, blockchain and cryptocurrency, commercial litigation, lottery and gaming law, and regulatory and forensic due diligence and investigations.
